Celebrating Age Festival

What is it?

A free event at The Council House, College Green on Saturday, October 27 from 10 am to 4 pm.

The festival will be a fun day out for Bristol's older people, with a chance to try or learn something new! Everyone is welcome however to come along to enjoy the mix of entertainment, activities and information.

You're encouraged to visit for the whole day or to just drop in.

The Wurzels - Live!

12 noon

Lunch buffet opens - pay as you go

National Pensioners convention speaker

2.30pm

Solomon Theatre Company perform "Trickster" and lead a sing-along

3.45pm

Choir performance to end the day

4pm

Bristol Older People's Forum Chair closes the festival

A "marketplace" of stalls and activities will run throughout the festival.

How accessible will it be?

The Council House is fully accessible.
The festival organisers will provide as much seating as possible.
Children are welcome, but there will be no creche facilities or specific children's activities.
