1. Q: If I go into a care home will I have to give up my house?
   A: This is a complex area. Information and Advice may help you make a decision.
2. Q: I can't get travel insurance because of my age.
   A: We have an Insurance and Trading service offering Travel, Home and Motor Insurance who may be able to help you.
3. Q: I require some home support, I can't manage at home anymore.
   A: Depending on your individual needs and eligibility there are several options, see Staying Independent.
4. Q: I've recently lost my husband/wife/partner, can you help me to get out and about again?
   A: Our Link-Up service may be helpful.
5. Q: All I want is some company, I am no longer able to get out.

6. Q: I'm speaking on behalf of my mother who lives in Bristol, she's not well, she's had a fall. My father has dementia and my mother can no longer cope.

14. Q: I don't live within the Bristol Boundaries, why can't I use the Services of Age Concern Bristol?
    A: As we are a local independent charity, raising our own funds to finance the 'free' services, we are only able to cope with the numbers of enquiries from the local area. Don't worry there should be a Local Age Concern in your area.
15. Q: I want to volunteer but I don't have my own transport, will you pay for my bus fares?
